DSWA WILL DELIVER THE RECYCLING CONTAINER SHORTLY AFTER THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. SPECIAL NOTICE - SOUTH BETHANY RESIDENTS TO GET FLOOD INSURANCE DISCOUNT.
